Laser mounting screws

This is the bottom of the optics mounting plate. The laser is held on with a pair of plastic screws. The reason is that the laser body (and it’s mount as well) are positively energized during firing. Since the optics mounting plate is grounded out by the power supply board, it must be electrically isolated.
